TrueBuyer is designed for cash-on-delivery Shopify stores that run Meta ads and want purchase tracking to reflect only completed deliveries. The app sends a Lead event when an order is placed and upgrades it to a Purchase event only after the merchant marks the order as delivered, helping Meta optimize toward customers who actually pay. It also supports one-time setup for Pixel and Conversions API token connections, one-click delivery or cancellation updates, automatic retries for failed sends, and alerts when the token expires.
