RM: Code Connector
The Shopify App works as advertised and is easy to use, especially after watching the tutorial video. Users recommend ensuring that coupons have the correct combination permissions for smooth operation. However, the app has limitations as it only works for static new codes and not for codes that are already set up. Additionally, the customer service provided is through chat only and responses are slow, which can be frustrating for users in need of immediate assistance.

Our app works with all codes, new or old! Merchant was very vague in our chat support, and unhappy we didn't reply to support immediately (we are in different timezones). Anyways, we are a great app, try us out :)
