Hola, gracias por tus comentarios. El botón "Redirigir a WhatsApp" requiere que tengas un número de teléfono de WhatsApp válido configurado en los ajustes de la aplicación. Si no tienes el número, es posible que el botón siga cargando. Siempre recomendamos contactar primero con soporte si tienes alguna duda, ya que muchos problemas de configuración suelen resolverse en pocos minutos. 😊
