I am new to online sales and not that great with computers so Joy B certainly had her work cut out for her. She was wonderful getting me on my way!!! Answering all my questions and being professional and very kind. She talked me through all the steps of transfering my entire inventory and then checking to make sure my issues were resolved!!Like I said I am new at this and needed help getting my store up and running and Joy was very patient with me. She talked me through every step and showed me what she was seeing on her end just to guide me! I was feeling very nervous and self conscious about contacting the chat line but Joy B. MADE IT EASY! She is a wonderful customer service representative and CODISTA IS A FANTASTIC RESOURCE! I would absolutely feel comfortable reaching out for help in the future. I have heard about many other companies whose online support has left many frustrated and hesitant to continue doing business with their companies but Codista has a friendly, helpful and very professional team. thank you, Joy B.
