So I'm sure like many others I switched to this app since Ebay was removing support for their own official app. I'm not going to lie this was not my first choice. I originally went with another app that had similar ratings. I had nothing but problems with that other app. Switched over to this app, and right off the bat all those problems disappeared. Inventory synced right away, products linked no issue (even the ones already created on Ebay). I had some minor issues, not because the app wasn't working, but because I was still new to the UI, and needed help setting up some of the features of this app. The support for this app is top notch. I spoke to 3 different reps and each and every one of them were excellent. They walked me through what I needed, explained things perfectly, and were all around really great. You will get your moneys worth based on just the functionality of the app alone, but the customer service is just the cherry on top.
