CodShield ‑ COD Approval

CodShield is an app designed for ecommerce merchants to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders through WhatsApp before shipping. It offers features like risk scoring, order holds, deposits, and a unified approval queue. The app integrates WhatsApp status and customer replies into the Shopify Admin for easy management. Merchants can set COD preferences based on order value, validate phone numbers at checkout, manage COD fees, and customize rules for repeat buyers. Additionally, CodShield allows importing courier Return to Origin (RTO) CSVs to identify problematic numbers, automates order cancellations for blocked or unanswered orders, sends reminders, and follows up on abandoned checkouts via WhatsApp.
