Cognito Assistant

Cognito Assistant is a Shopify App that helps merchants turn their FAQs into a storefront chatbot, allowing shoppers to find answers to common questions. Users can manage FAQs in the admin, add questions and answers within the app, or import them via CSV format. The app includes a theme app embed that adds a chat widget to the storefront, where users can ask queries and receive answers based on the FAQs. If no match is found, a fallback message is displayed along with related FAQ questions. Setting up the app is simple - just turn on the embed in the theme editor and save the FAQ list.
