The customer service team at Coin has been incredibly helpful through the entire process of the integration of our app. Very quick to reply and resolve any issues. The features were great overall and the app is easy to use!

I have been using Coin for several months now and it has been working great the whole time. I sprung for the Coin Expert Install service, and A.P. did a great job integrating Coin with the Brooklyn theme. I would recommend this app.

Coin worked well with our RTL store. Their support was super responsive which makes all the difference. Support documents were also very clear. I highly recommend this app for currency conversions.

Its a good app but wont work with my in store credit unless I delete the country inside shopify resulting in they cant checkout in that currency, so all I can use it for is a basic "look at how your price would be" in your currency which is free anyhow, kinda sucks, i liked this app too

I am new to e-commerce and spent a lot of time looking into different apps before downloading them, including external reviews, not just on Shopify. Coin kept appearing in the 'Top 5' list so I installed it. I felt that Coin suited my theme as the currencies are presented in a modern way, blends in with the header and I was very happy after the installation. One of the best aspects about this App is the customer service, they are very quick to reply and always fully answer my often lengthy (novice) questions. Thank You! In fact I was so happy with their service I downloaded another of their Apps, Tracktor! As I have today decided to upgrade my Shopify theme from Debut to Impulse, I no longer need Coin, as a currency convertor is built into the new theme, but I was actually quite sad to have to email them to advise I would be deleting their App when they have been so helpful, especially Anh, nothing is too much trouble and I have a lot of confidence with this company, which is vital to someone who has just starting out in e-commerce. In conclusion I can fully recommend this app and a fantastic company!

I really wanted my customers to be able to see the prices automatically in their currency. BUT... For a product that is $21 it shows 21€? Not correct.

I am using both the Coin currency conversion and Inifinite options from ShopPad and the customer service is fast and efficient. Matt helped move the location of the currency selector, and at the same time noticed a formatting issue with Infinite Options and fixed that for me. Great apps.

I needed assistance installing the app and they were more than helpful. Now my customers can see their currency in their native dollar. I hope to gain more over seas sales with this. This app does exactly what it promises to do. We have seen an increase in our international conversion rate and have had positive feedback form our overseas customers.
