Folosesc Colete Online de ceva timp și sunt foarte mulțumit de platformă, servicii și suportul pentru clienți. Totul funcționează eficient, iar echipa de asistență este promptă și profesionistă. Totuși, integrarea cu Shopify este problematică. Aproximativ jumătate din comenzi primesc erori, iar e-mailurile automate către clienți nu se trimit corespunzător, ceea ce mă obligă să le gestionez manual. Am semnalat aceste probleme de luni de zile, dar fără rezultat. Colete Online este o soluție foarte bună în general, dar nu cred că mai este o opțiune potrivită pentru Shopify.
