I updated to a 2.0 theme and my filters stopped working. I reached out to support and they took care of it asap. Thank you!

The app has stopped working on our store although we still paying for it. We have now reached out to them multiple times without a response. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

We updated our theme and by standard practice, the configuration from this app did not carry over and we have now reached out to them multiple times without a response. For a minute, I totally forgot how unresponsive and terrible their support it. One would think they'd be happy to help a paying customer but that is not the case. 0/10, use thier app at your own risk

Terrible app, it doesn't install alone, I get in touch asking for help, they don't respond, terrible, I'm going to ask for a refund.
