I do not recommend this app. After downloading, I updated my variant names & encountered duplicate variant names (both old and updated). After reaching out to support, the app requested access to my store without providing a clear explanation as to why it was needed or how it would address the issue. I then reached back out to support to ask what they were doing with the permission granted to my store and how it was going to resolve my issue. However, the responses were delayed, vague and unhelpful. I received ONE response via email 3 days later and the person who contacted me basically told me it was my fault and that their "app was not the problem". After responding to the email from support, I heard nothing back from them for the rest of the day. When I tried to revoke access due to concern over the lack of communication, I encountered an issue using my passkey which is tied directly to the biometrics on my phone. That raised a major red flag! I had to reach out to Shopify support to help me revoke access to this app and secure my Shopify account. This app caused me unnecessary stress and wasted time, especially during a critical pre-launch period for my business. If you're looking for a reliable swatch app with responsive support and want your store to stay secure, I recommend exploring other options.
