Not the best of experiences as I couldn't get the app to work correctly. Tried to use the chat facility as they were online, but that closed down on me whilst waiting. Sent an email but heard nothing back, so deleted the app. Found something else.

I'm sorry but your issue with changing your currency to UK pounds is out of our control and lives solely in your Shopify instance. We apologize for not responding within 24 hrs. Due to our time difference with England, we relayed the issue to our dev team and by the time they got back to me it had been over 24hrs. We have studied this case and have revised our practices.
