Es una herramienta muy completa aunque requiere un conocimiento más avanzado que otras. El hecho de que cada tienda en Connectif vaya asociada a una tienda Shopify, incrementa mucho los costes a diferencia de gestionar todos los contactos como una sola base de datos. Por lo demás, amplía la visibilidad de la actividad de un usuario y permite automatizaciones muy avanzadas

Llevo tiempo usándola y la recomiendo al 100%. La configuración de flujos es muy potente. Hay tutoriales, y flujos predefinidos. En mi caso, está totalmente justificado el pequeño gasto que conlleva.

Nos hemos cambiado a Connectif hace medio año, con todos los miedos que ello significa. Y, lejos de ser un problema, ha sido una maravilla. El equipo nos ayudó muchísimo, la integración fue coser y cantar, y nos han ayudado a que siguiéramos rodando sin problemas. Requiere un tiempo de hacerse a ella y entenderla. Pero el equipo está muy dispuesto a ayudar, muy volcado con ayudarnos a entender la lógica de su herramienta y especialmente en acciones pensando fuera de la caja. Nos está permitiendo activar acciones que veíamos inviables para una empresa de nuestro tamaño. Te permite personalizar, segmentar, etc. Pero lo mejor es lo intuitiva que es y que el cielo es el límite. ¡Muy recomendable!

Muy versátil e intuitiva. Hace falta sumergirse un poco al principio para entender la lógica del funcionamiento pero después, te permite hacer TODO lo que quieras.
