Consentry

Consentry is a Shopify App that provides GDPR consent for ecommerce merchants, allowing them to block tracking until visitors choose. It ensures compliance with EU and UK regulations by showing a banner only where necessary and keeping tracking blocked until visitors make a decision. The app integrates with Shopify's customer privacy system to record choices, and Consent Mode v2 enables Google Analytics and Ads to continue measuring visitors who accept. Visitors have the flexibility to change their consent at any time. Consentry installs as a theme app embed with a single toggle for easy enablement, and uninstalling it leaves no code in the theme.
