Shocking treatment by the co-founder on my Intro call. Tried to pause him to ask him a clarifying question to ensure the app would be a good fit for our unique model and it seemed to have triggered some kind of emotional response because he was interrupted. He called me hostile for asking him to pause and answer a question - all he could say was that I was interrupting him instead of seeking to understand. Really bizarre behavior, and I'll be avoiding this company as an option for my business as a result.
The direct hands on assistance and willingness to adjust to our specific needs has been most helpful. Quick answers to questions and financial savings for our business are the results. Real assistance, real answers, real conversations from real people, not generated texts or emails is what we receive from the entire ConsignR team. The team behind this app is very hands on - and that is what I love the most about this software. ConsignR has helped my business by staying organized with my Consignors. They can request easy payouts and the dashboard is great to know what you owe consignors, what your sales are, and what potential value your inventory holds. I definitely recommend this for any consignment business as it enhances the consignor experience with easy payouts!
