App is easy to use, however, functionality/features that you'd expect to be free are put behind the "Basic" plan. I've found these features on competitor apps for free, so I have no reason to stay with Qikify.

While the app functionally has been good for us. It really hurt our customer service because they have a 500 email limit which is not very well explained. So during our busiest time of the year, unknowingly we hit this limit. **Since this review, they updated some things, and adjusted based on feedback. So I have updated it reflect how I felt before this interruption** From what I understand, there is now more robust controls in place to make sure you are aware if you hit the limit. It should still be known that if the hope is to use Shopify flow to quickly find customer data and help with things or respond back directly to customers, all emails will come from [email protected] and will require a lot of copy-pasting. So if a higher volume type of store using the contact forms to help sort data, this might not be the best fit.
