Their support has been great. My form was not aligning well with my page and they made the effort to fix it and make other small improvements.

The app is great; works exactly as expected... but the support staff is Phenomenal. I sent a support request through the chatbot and was told that it was after hours. I expected a response on Monday, as this is Friday, but support replied and resolved my issue within the hour. Thank you, 10/10.

Really happy with this app and the ability to be able to produce a form easy as, on the free plan and that is all I need. Customer service is responsive and helpful where needed too.

Happy with the app. Hopefully one day we can allow more than 20mb, but this appears to be a Shopify limitation, rather than the app's. I must say, Qikify is very good at responding to support.
