We used the app to create and plug a customized form on a specific page of our website. Super easy and the basic plan still allows you a ton of functionalities and customization options so it blends in for a professional look. Recommended even if you only need one specific form. Will upgrade if/when we need to create more forms. It works great, thanks guys!

Easy to start with. Love the free plan although there is no possibility to set a picture in the mobile version.

nice app i have just installed it and it looks really good would have been nicer if it has text button on mobile also

You can find the option "Show button on Mobile as: Tab" in Trigger button settings. Our support team also sent an email to you to discuss about that. App is easy to use and install. Looks seamless on the website. Have not needed support yet, but seems simple enough without it.

Works great. Just wish the pricing was slightly better since I only need 2 simple forms but want them embedded on the page (which requires the paid plan).

Only just starting to use it but really like the options with the layouts. Easy to edit and customise to suit my store. Lots of different places in my store I can use the forms.

基本的な機能が、一先ず無料で使えるのが良いです。デザインもシンプルで悪くないと思います。（他のアプリを試したところ、emailの通知が有料だったのでこちらに乗り換えました。）サイト上にでる表示「Contact Us」の文言を変えられたらいいなと思いました。
