We are currently testing the introduction of the free version, but it seems that it can be easily customized.

This program is very easy to use and intuitive. There was an issue with my template causing the form builder not to work properly. I reached out to customer support and they inputed a code that fixed my issue within hours. I really feel confident opening my store with Contact Form.

This is perfect for simple forms and even if you play around with it you can make your form a little more complex and customize your colors!

This is a very good app, easy to use and does the job! It would be even better if you could select more than one email address to receive the forms - or select an email address for each for that you build. That would be great, hopefully something that can be considered for the future :)
Hi there, That issue happened because you had changed the default email field of our app to First Name. The default email field of our app is required and it could not be changed. We had replied you about this issue in your latest ticket. Could you check again? Hope to hear from you soon.

Unhelpful support staff. We did not get the data emailed to us from the form and asked many times for assistance which they did not supply.

Great App. Simple and easy to customise and implement into one's website. We have used the embedded option as this creates seamless in-page forms for our product warranty registrations.
