this app is a joke to not install it. it will never work. also, they somehow hacked my email account and sent thousands of emails that it got suspended. This developer should not even be here. I warn you all to stay away from it. They will hack your email account

I used this app to install a contact form on my website. As we are in Canada it is pivotal to have English and French language selectors on our site. The team at Qikify was awesome at helping my store install both English and French contact forms as it was proving to be quite troublesome having the correct website language appear with right form. I truly thank them for their support and the professionalism, they were a pleasure to deal with!

Such an easy way to add a form to your site, use it! It is very self explanatory and will help you to get more business to your site. I enjoyed getting new people to come to the site and getting their info to reach out to them.

This program is very easy to use and intuitive. There was an issue with my template causing the form builder not to work properly. I reached out to customer support and they inputed a code that fixed my issue within hours. I really feel confident opening my store with Contact Form.

I needed a simple contact form with sticky button. So far this is meeting my needs. This is my 2nd qikify app. I really enjoy both.

This is perfect for simple forms and even if you play around with it you can make your form a little more complex and customize your colors!

This is a very good app, easy to use and does the job! It would be even better if you could select more than one email address to receive the forms - or select an email address for each for that you build. That would be great, hopefully something that can be considered for the future :)
Hi there, That issue happened because you had changed the default email field of our app to First Name. The default email field of our app is required and it could not be changed. We had replied you about this issue in your latest ticket. Could you check again? Hope to hear from you soon.

Unhelpful support staff. We did not get the data emailed to us from the form and asked many times for assistance which they did not supply.
