Customer service is very responsive and exceptional. I was given instructions on how to do something and then was offered additional help to ensure I was going in the right direction. I was really stuck and needed help figuring out my "Contact Us" form on my Shopify store and what I did wrong in setting it up. Miley was a huge, huge help. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient in walking me through every step in order to get thing working properly. She even went above and beyond to point out some issues in my overall setup that would have kept my other app installs from working for me. Truly a lifesaver! The form builder itself is very simple to install and create. Will definitely come back to qikify if I need any additional apps. GREAT customer service.

I am a Shopify store owner that wanted more customization out of our store's contact form. Building a custom form and tweaking it to exactly how I wanted with Qikify was fast, easy and fun to do. I embedded into my existing contact form page and works great. Everyone from customer support was very helpful with any question I had. I highly recommend Qikify!
