Works great. Just wish the pricing was slightly better since I only need 2 simple forms but want them embedded on the page (which requires the paid plan).

Good app. Very simple design overall. Pretty much a necessity for your website. Very handy, would use again.

App worked well, but the options don't export into their own columns. Instead each option was placed in a single cell, which makes it hard to do much with the data I collect.

easy to use. even with the free plan. it has the basic fields needed for just about any form you would find on the internet

I used this app to help me embed forms within my website. I really like how I can choose to embed them anywhere in my website. It would be nice to have the option of a button, I can add anywhere else on my website to trigger an embedded form on another page of the site.

Such a cute little popup form. You do need to pay for the page itself but I like that the contact popup is small. It is quick and very straight to the point.

Great app better than the built in function in shopify app, I still haven't used it it to its full potential.

I needed a simple contact form with sticky button. So far this is meeting my needs. This is my 2nd qikify app. I really enjoy both.

This is a very good app, easy to use and does the job! It would be even better if you could select more than one email address to receive the forms - or select an email address for each for that you build. That would be great, hopefully something that can be considered for the future :)
Hi there, That issue happened because you had changed the default email field of our app to First Name. The default email field of our app is required and it could not be changed. We had replied you about this issue in your latest ticket. Could you check again? Hope to hear from you soon.
