Excellent customer service from day 1 they helped me add custom code to my embedded form and pop up form that pops up when a custom button is clicked on the website. Excellent service A+++++ 5 stars!

This app was exactly what we were looking for. Nothing too flashy, able to adapt into our contact page easily, and able to provide our contact form with the fields we needed. We ran into a problem with our contact form, and within less than 24 hours it was solved entirely. The customer service team was extremely helpful and friendly. I heavily recommend this app for anyone wanting a better contact form than the generic 4 fields that Shopify offers.

It's a simple and useful app, works fine, but the best think they have is their support. Seriously, the Live Chat button on their page means exactly what is says - a dialogue with a human (not Ai) who is at the other end supporting you. And they answer your questions / fixing your problems instantly. Thanks!
