This form makes everything easier for customers to contact me in confidence. Customer Service was super fast in response to an issue I had with my page. They are super efficient and I so glad I am using them on my page and in my business! Highly recommend~ :)

I used this app to create my custom design form. In setting it up, I had some issues and support was just AMAZING! I have to say, you do not expect such fantastic support from a free app at all and I am just so pleased. Lots of functionality in the app itself. This was one of my things that I needed to see if I could continue on Shopify and you guys ticked the box, so I am really grateful. Thank you so much.

The form does not accept multilingual characters. It will also be good if the confirmation emails are sent.

A really easy and simple app to use and works well! They offer fantastic support aswell as I had some technical issues, but it was quickly resolved.

So far the app works well. The developer has been helpful with the set up and answering questions. Once the quires come in from the website i'll know more but for now all good.
