In starting this app was good there was account manager to solve all the queries but now they have just normal support which replies in 3 to 4 days. There are lot of bugs which can give your business a huge loss so stay away from this app.

Horrendous Client Support. Good Product coupled with Absolutely Poor levels of service and support. Think twice before implementing because transition of any CRM takes lot of other efforts. Once you are IN, transition will be a pain anyways.

We use Contlo extensively for our customer retention strategies. The platform is easy to navigate, offers integration with a lot of applications and support multiple channels of communication. Contlo team is always there to extend support and help.

We've been using Contlo for over a year now and it has been a great marketing tool for us. Their customer support is very responsive whenever we have any issues and they have pretty good set of features in built so we dont have to juggle too many apps. Very useful and definitely delivers a good ROI.
