I don’t want this to come across as an overly negative review, because the core product itself is actually very good. The tracking works extremely well, and almost immediately after implementing it, we saw noticeably better attribution and results in Meta compared to the solution we were using before. ‎ However, the overall product feels more like something that is being maintained rather than actively developed. The interface feels somewhat outdated and there don’t seem to be many new features or meaningful product updates. That alone wouldn’t necessarily be a major issue, but the support experience has been disappointing. ‎ We reached out through the support chat with a question, and more than 24 hours later we still haven’t received a response. The message is marked as “Read,” which suggests someone from the support team has seen it but simply hasn’t replied. For a paid tool handling such a critical part of an e-commerce business, that’s frustrating. ‎ It’s a shame because the actual tracking technology is excellent and, based on our experience so far, performs better than some of the competing solutions we’ve used. ‎ We’ll see how things develop over the next few days and whether the support experience improves before deciding if this is a tool we want to continue using long term.
