Keep getting 500 | Server Error !!!! The app does exactly what we were looking for - reserving items for a short amount of time. Our customers love this feature and it's mostly been a great addition. However, we keep getting 500 | Server Error when trying to launch the app which means I cannot edit any settings and our website has not had the proper function for over a week!!! It also means we cannot access any help chats to contact customer service. Not sure why we'd continue paying if the app isn't in service.... please fix!

The app crashed as soon as we had an event, leaving us with frustrated customers and support staff scrambling. It isn't able to deal with large volumes of traffic.
