I find this app really helpful for tracking custom events as per your store. Setting up multiple pixels isn’t confusing anymore, and I can see the data in a way that makes sense.

Conversios helped us setting up the GA4 datalayers in the Custom form, also providing us extra data points to enhance our data collections. We were able to quickly verify our implementation and start tracking the events.

We installed Conversios, and it’s been working great! The setup was straight forward, and the app has been really helpful in Google ads conversions tracking our data accurate. What really stands out is their Reporting section which gives you the required business insight that helps to take the business decision.

Fraud & 3rd party outsider app, not a SHOPIFY PARTNER or COLLABORATOR. Robbed my 17000INR / 200USD . May they loss their lifetime access and company depletion till next beginning year.

Timeline of Events: Install date: 18 August 2024 Trial period end date: 28 August 2024 Uninstall date: 30 August 2024 (after the trial period) 2. Proactive Support: On 21 August 2024, during your trial period, we sent a request for store access to assist you with any setup or challenges. Unfortunately, this request was rejected, and no further support was requested before you uninstalled the app. 3. Feedback Without Reaching Out: Despite the feedback provided about difficulty in setting up and dissatisfaction with support, no support request was made during your trial period or afterward. Our team was fully prepared to assist, but without your cooperation, we couldn’t address the concerns. 4. Charges and Refund Policy: As the app was uninstalled after the trial period ended, the charges incurred were valid per our policy, which is transparently outlined on our app listing page and applies to all users. 5. Goodwill Offer: Despite the above, we offered an extended trial period of 30 additional days (total of 13 months usage) as a goodwill gesture to ensure you could fully experience the benefits of the app. 6. Regarding Fraud Claims: We would like to strongly refute any claims of fraud or dishonest practices. We operate as a certified Shopify Partner, and all of our policies, including pricing and refunds, are clearly outlined and available to all users before installation. We have always been transparent and followed proper procedures as per Shopify's guidelines. Am happy with the Tracking tool but also more satisfied with their Customer Service because the Conversios Team was able to customise the tracking to my particular business.
