STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Garbage experience.. reached out to them once we saw the charge come through and they would not refund or give us credit back for something we are not even using.
This app advertises a free plan but charges usage fees based on order volume, which has nothing to do with the app’s functionality. Charges were not clearly disclosed. Support refused a refund. Be very careful installing this app.

Even so, we have offered the merchant a middle-ground resolution by offering a yearly plan upgrade to help settle the matter fairly. Am happy with the Tracking tool but also more satisfied with their Customer Service because the Conversios Team was able to customise the tracking to my particular business.
