How should I begin, I started this app just to have a good business with my shop like the rest of you and new sellers who are thinking about SEO and other great tools. When you decide to change your mind and you want to cancel a starter subscription or being a member. They don't refund you and you can uninstall their app but when the bill comes. I have to pay a decif of $143.62 CDN which is like $99 USD myself. After trying hard to ask for a refund of this they just close the ticket on you and say they tell shopify which is a lie. I talk to shopify support agent not saying any names and they are aware and they dont have any notifications or msg about your account or mine for example. So buyer/seller beware .

After switching to a paid plan, you actively used the app’s features, including generating SEO fields for your products. Our refund policy, which is clearly stated, allows refunds in cases where the app was not used. However, in your case, actions were performed within the app, making the charge valid according to our terms. We explained this thoroughly during our conversation and even offered to extend your access free of charge, which you declined.
