The app works, but it is not very well-built. I was using the free plan, and I was randomly charged $29. No, it was not a trial. There is no option to change the plan anywhere, so I have to wait until support responds to me, which is so annoying.

We implemented Convertwise's AI Recommendations for our store and had ran an A/B test over 20 days to measure its impact. The results were outstanding: +9.00% increase in purchases +6.98% increase in conversion rate +8.92% increase in total revenue The improvements were consistent across the board, showing that AI Recos helped us optimize the shopping experience and drive more sales. Additionally, the support and communication with the team were exceptional. They guided us through the process, responded quickly, and ensured everything was running smoothly. Would definitely recommend it!

The Customer Support team, especially Aman are amazing. They helped implement new features to my ADD TO CART. Went above and beyond and answered every question i had in detail, providing screenshots and Looms to show progress. Highly recommend.

I checked out a few similar applications, but thankfully I chose Coverwise. Honestly, their customer service is top-notch—better than what you’d expect from billion-dollar companies. While there might be other apps out there, you’ll never find better support. The team is incredibly quick, responsive, and solution-focused. Thank you for everything you’ve done! I'm really happy with this app. I've tried a few other upsell/cross-sell ones in the past but this one is very easy to implement. And the AI recommendations are a lot more accurate. I've already seen customers ordering more than usual and my AOV has increased in just a few days. I wanted to change some of the styling and the support has been so helpful and fast and all my changes were done within a few minutes. I'm looking forward to using this app as there's lots of other features I need to explore and see what else it can do to help my store. Thanks guys for a great app!

Exceptional! We use this app for a few week, and it worth it: comfortable interface, excellent support, great analytics dashboard. Also pleasure to receive support from Apurva: any question, any issue receives quick answer and solution. Wish to ConvertWise team only growth and happiness!

One of the best conversion apps we have found. I don't usually leave reviews but this app deserves one. customer support is top notch also. They are constantly updating and adding new features. They will no doubt be market leaders within the next few months. Highly recommended
