Setup was quick and easy, and the team behind this app is amazing. They truly go above and beyond to help. We haven’t tested everything yet, but the support and experience so far have been excellent!

NOT FREE! It doesn't say Free Plan Available or Free to Install, it says FREE! Please look up the word free in the dictionary, this is false advertising, it is not FREE. You get 100 messages for free, then its $19.00 a month, waste of time and effort.

We are a newly formed business. On our research to find an Ai Chatbot for we found Convi. We started with a Free Plan and from the get go the support and service was excellent. Dela has been amazing and so willing to help. (Shout out to Dela). They customised the look to be based on our brand and assisted us with knowledge base for FAQ's. Looking forward to see what more Convi has to offer.
