We at Zishta have been leveraging this tool for last 6 months. We had been observing growth in conversion and then a drop. The teams are active on Whatsapp and support end to end in setting up and running campaigns. They took the drop challenge effectively and improved on campaigns and again the CR rates started improving. The team is very dedicated and work through the challenges and present with effective solutions to drive CR. Support wise i would rate them really high. Regards Team Zishta
