Totally doesn't work for me. For over a week I am talking with support and two times they said it was fixed, but my users still cannot select any privacy settings. Support is trying to do their best, but after a week of fiddling I'm tired of it, hence this review. I don't understand why this is launched in such a bad way, these are simple bugs that should have been caught during testing. Totally doesn't leave a good impression on such a big company as Cookiebot.

Onboarding funktioniert nicht. Scans funktionieren nicht. Privacy Einstellungen können nicht verändert werden. Das ist wirklich eher sinnbefreit.

Hi, Thank you for sharing, I’m Alex, the Product Manager for this app and I’m genuinely sorry about the experience you had with us. You’re absolutely right that it shouldn’t feel pointless. We’ve found that the app isn’t working as expected for some stores, and we’re currently investigating what’s causing this so we can address it properly. That’s on us, and we should have caught it earlier. I’d like to look into your setup and make this right. Could you please reach out via support and mention this review and it’ll come directly to the team working on the fix: https://support.usercentrics.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Thank you once again for pointing this out, as it will help us improve our experience. Alex
