Strongly advise you to choose a different solution. Their support is designed to blame everything else than fixing their own solution. In fact their support is just auto denial AI that just irritates you more. We manage to fix the cart issues caused by cookie script but than discovered a complete major show stopper which is breaking all conversion reports in Ga4 and Google Ads.

Really cookie script? The cart items disappear from nothing because of your script.. I've used across other platforms with no problem so I don't understand why you don't launch an update to make it work ottherwise you will have more 1 star reviews. If you fix it and i'm able to use like in other websites outside Shopify then i'll change my review

Finally there is the app. I use cookiescript since more than 2 years with an code installation. Now finally the app is there. All works fine Edit - Unfortunately i have to confirm that the script makes it impossible to add multiple items in the cart and they disappear. I tried also to use the script without their app as i used it since some time ago (where i it worked. IMO it has tou do with some recent update of the script)

After installing, all items that clients added into the cart were magically disappearing (also tested it myself). Tried to fix it with their suggestions including one setting that "should" fix all issues and it didn't resolve above. Support in person is for paid customers only so didn't get any support other than the bot. At the end, I installed another app which is Google CMP Partner approved and it worked straight after installation. Not sure why it is so difficult with this app.
