It does the trick and is super easy to install (one click). It's a bit less intuitive on the mobile version (meaning you have to know to swipe on the image for the magnifier to activate), They do offer you a way to leave a message for your customer explaining that you need to swipe...but the placement of that message is right on top of your image, so it defeats the purpose. That's the only drawback, But you can't beat it for the price and what it does. They also sent me a checking-in email and verified that the app was working... which says a lot about their customer service. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would for the mobile reason explained above, but since I can't, I'll round up for the Customer Service.
Thank you very much for your positive review and feedback. We really appreciate it. Cool Image Magnifier displays a magnifying glass when the mouse is over the product images. However, on mobile devices there's no such thing as a mouse, so it's difficult to mimic the same behaviour. On mobile devices, the magnifying glass is displayed when the user drags their finger over the image. Given that there is no mouse functionality on mobile devices, having our app enabled as well as the ability to scroll the screen with your finger may interfere with the mobile gestures used for navigation, so we decided to show the loupe only when the centre of the image is tapped. Like this app. Super easy to install and use! Highly recommended! We sell fine art and this tool gives our customers more confidence to buy online!

It works good but there is one thing that seem to not be working correct. Whenever visiting on a mobile the swipe function for product photos doesn't work it only swipes a part of the picture.
We wrote to the merchant addressing their concern and explaining how that, due to their theme having a product slider with continuous thumbnails, the behavior of the app on mobile devices is somewhat different in detecting each individual thumbnail. Some themes feature an image slider to display the images on mobile devices. Unfortunately, Cool Image Magnifier and some image sliders use the same mobile gestures to trigger their action, which makes them incompatible to some extent. The reason is that when you move your finger over the screen, the device has no way to know if you want to zoom in or to switch to another image because the gesture is the same for both effects. I haven't launched yet but this app seems very impressive. I wanted somehting like this to enhance my products and show their wonderful detail.

This App was highly recommended and WOW we were all impressed! This was so easy to use and right away all of our product images were effected. Each image now can be seen with the magnifier zoom or we did also enable the click the image to enlarge feature (may not be called that) but it worked! Now customer can see our new line of bow ties and bandanas at full view and not some tiny 600 x 300 pixel size...Great customer service too!

Unusable. The app configuration screen has a miniscule window just a 100px x 100px or so that has all the configuration inside it. Can't configure. Lots of other weirdness on the config screen such as double buttons appearing in various places. All other apps work fine and tried clearing my cache.

You can view the app preferences page in our demo store too. We believe that you may have mistaken our app with another. We also tried to contact you several times via email and telephone but were unable to reach you.

I used it and it didn't work. I tried hit up the support and that didn't work either. Don't recommend.
The app is designed to work out-of-the-box with the Venture theme as installed on the merchant's store. The app was only installed for 10 minutes, not giving us sufficient time to conduct a quality checkup of the app in the store. In addition, we had not received any email for support. Merchant was contacted twice regarding this for more information and offered assistance, but no reply was received.

Very nice app, I am still figuring it out. Makes my photos appear beautiful and love that the magnifier can e square or round. AMAZING support from their customer service also which to me, is VERY important.

I thought I'd give it a few days before leaving a review to see how things worked out. It's a great little app and very reasonably priced too :)
