Copiwin has made customer support much easier for my Shopify store. It handles order tracking, returns, FAQs, and common questions automatically, which saves me a lot of time. The AI responses are quick and consistent, and I really like that complex issues can still be sent to a human for review. Great tool for Shopify merchants!
