I was really surprised. I was facing an issue and I gave their chat support a try. Despite being a free app they fixed the issue from the backend on live chat! Amazing customer service for a free product!
Does its job perfectly. I wanted something simple and practical. this is what i got. I love that there are now free apps that offer this kind of professionalism on Shopify. A few years ago you had to pay for quality. This right here is a quality app that is free. Thank you guys! You're great! Eva was great and helped me a lot! 10/10
does not work properly, the loading bar stays full and does not display any urgency, the support chat is also very unresponsive
Good basic app that works well for free. I understand to pay more for complex features.
