CounterConnect is a Shopify POS customer sign-in screen designed to capture shopper contact details before checkout, helping merchants turn in-store transactions into customer profiles. It lets customers enter a phone number or email on a customer-facing display, automatically attaches that information to the cart, and can collect missing contact details during checkout while merging duplicate profiles to keep customer data organized. The app is positioned to speed up checkout, reduce staff data entry, and support loyalty and marketing efforts, and it can work alongside or replace CustomerView. The developer is amazing! Customer-focused and is very skilled at what he does. Adam listens to your feedback and implements it as you need. In regards to the software, it is a great way to capture in-store data from customers at POS while you are ringing them up. Additionally, its a great solution for a customer facing display as most of the time (previously) customers have no idea what you are ringing up, what the cost is, etc. -- which are all perfectly displayed using CounterConnect! Could not recommend more!!!
