Reviews summary
Counterproof Chargebacks is an app designed to draft and file a rebuttal packet for every chargeback before the deadline, including disputes from Shopify Payments and Stripe. The app provides guidance on whether to fight a chargeback, builds a packet with a rebuttal letter and exhibits from order data, and files it with the bank on time. Users can choose to approve each packet manually or set it to be filed automatically. The app also offers triage to help merchants decide when it's better to issue a refund instead of fighting a dispute.
