Counterproof Chargebacks

Counterproof Chargebacks is a Shopify App developed by IT Vilkai that helps ecommerce merchants draft and file a rebuttal packet for every chargeback before the deadline. The app reads each Shopify Payments or Stripe dispute, advises on whether to fight, and builds a packet containing a rebuttal letter cited to the network rule and matching exhibits from order data. Users can approve each packet themselves or allow Counterproof to file on their behalf. The app also provides triage to determine when a dispute is not worth fighting and advises on issuing a refund instead.
