DO NOT USE!!!!!! INSTALLED AND BROKE OUR WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO PRICING IN ANY CURRENCY IN ANY LOCATION SHOWING. We installed the app, and it removed all pricing from showing on our website. Do not use! Our website is now broken, and we have to wait for app support to delete the code, resulting in lost sales from regular traffic and we're unable to start a major sale as planned.

All my product prices are not updated with the prices I entered and the technical team has been very slow in resolving my issues. They said they will update me on the status of my issue but it has been 5 days and I still have not heard from them.

Worst app experience, its been 11 days havent received a solution to my issue since then, the tech team is apparently still working on it they keep on asking for 24 hours every 24 hours. The moment we turn it on sizes disappear and the currency switcher also isnt working properly.

The worst support you can expect at the time of unsubscribing. Been trying to unsubscribe for more than a month their support team still says it's in process. Be very careful when you are subscribing. They will delay from their side and keep charging you.

We had multiple issues with the app, and the support team sometimes took a couple of days to resolve the issue. There are other alternatives and the cost of the app does not justify using it.

The day i installed this app, shopify speed score went down from 57% to 25%. Thus, that affected overall conversion rate. Scheduled google meet calls twice but I wait there for them in google meet to show up, but nobody show'd up. Overall, it was working fine. But I had delete it.

I leave my feedback not immediately after installation, but after a certain period of using the application. I want to tell about the situation we are facing, perhaps it will help someone when making a decision about using the application. I installed the app, and set different prices for different regions. I had a number of questions, but no contact option for support Then I signed up for a paid subscription and then the most interesting thing began. The application made changes to the card of each product in my shop on shopify, after which each product turned out to be not in 2 variants, but in 22 variants, then all these changes were broadcast to my Facebook business account, and from there to Instagram. Thus, complete confusion began in my social networks, buyers began to write and ask why I have different prices everywhere, some on the website, others on Facebook and Instagram. I tried contacted the support service with my problem but no contact option over Live Chat that's really worst about this app, The result is that the application has confused all my sales sources (product card on the shopify website, Facebook business, Instagram store), I have decided to stop using this application. I will leave an addition to the review: The entire test period was completely spent by me. I just didn't need any changes from the application in my social networks and the product card on the site. However, these changes have occurred, which has absolutely destroyed my sales channels! I contacted the Shopify support service and received a response from them that the changes on the site were indeed made by the application!
Hi admin, We did not receive any issue request from your end and we cross-checked our Live support button and everything is working fine. The app was used on the store for just 40 minutes. Feedback left is immediately within 40 minutes of installation. Furthermore, during the onboarding process, it is mentioned that the app works for online stores only and it will create the country variants for different product prices that are set in the app's admin. Please remove your app from my website and restore my ability to edit my own website's code !!! This app rounds up pricing to the nearest currency unit - which is not helpful.

Please do not install the app. It breaks the code and the support is not very friendly. Do not recommend the app.

Just the worst app ever, they ruined my site. Plain and simple, I lost a ton of sales due to their unprofessionalism.

These guys made my website non-functional and told me I had to wait over a week to get it fixed. Their answers were always unclear. I really don't understand the good reviews and how they dare to charge 29$ per month. Watch out with these guys, they are amateurs.

Tried setting international pricing with this app. It changed pricing for 1/3 of the products, broke the pricing for the rest. They want me to go in and find each product one by one, delete their codes and come back to re do the pricing again. Went to uninstall this app and the pricing change on my products stayed. They insert a code into each product you can't get rid of! Had to redo my entire collection. Absolutely terrible experience. They never tell you about this when you install the app, would not recommend, please stay away from this app if you have a medium to large collection.

We had a terrible experience. They messed our website after installing their app while their app doesn't correctly work. Their respond was bad. We don't recommend.

Things they don't tell you. Duplicates all your inventory depending on how many markets, thus your inventory/reporting won't work. Uses options to change the currency, thus is you have more than 3 options (Size, Color, Length) it wont work, they add variants per region so you end up with thousands of variants. Caused a complete disaster in my store. If you're looking at this save yourself the time and just upgrade your Shopify account to Shopify Advanced and use the international pricing there. You'll pay more in the long run with your time to use this app.
Hi Anthony, Your feedback is considered. However, in the onboarding emails before setup we had mentioned about the country variants that are created by the app to show different pricing to the foreign customers. Also, after setup we have demo calls in which you were informed about the working of the app properly for a sample product. Shopify has set the limitation of 3 variant options and maximum of 100 variants can only be created for a product. Moreover, as the app did not fit with your requirements (which is fine!) you asked for the app removal and it was done within 24 hours by our app developers during the free trial period itself. This is the more stupid app i have ever found ...i cannot understand why you have such good reviews...so i pay for an app to make my work easier ...with MLVeda my work dobles if i add one country ....and like that ....also my stock dobles ...why in the hell would my doble if i change the price in another country ...it doesnt mean the i have doble the stocks....im not a app creator but i have a pretty good idea of how this should work ....add country > add % > click yes ....all prices automatically change for that country ...easy ... let the app do the work ....Now i have been paying 4 ppl to update all my thousands of products for days to come and see that it doesnt work at all as i expected ...My work on my products have doubled ...the stocks have doubled ....this is a waste of my time

Bad service, slow responds, not refunding to me when it had been requested to remove and continue charging me. Requesting to stop using the apps just before Shopify billing dates, mentioned to remove within 24 hours but never removed and codes are only remove after 3 days which is after Shopify billing dates but continue to charge even codes is removed. Why are you still charging when we have sent a request to remove the Aps? If you are going to charge us and doesn't allowed pro-rate basis, why are you removing just after charging us with the Apps fees?
Hi Carmen, As per your communication with the Shopify Support agent as well, we are not responsible for deleting the app from your Shopify admin, it has to be done at your end. On your request the app codes were successfully removed by our developers on your store and they had also informed to remove the app to stop the next monthly subscription charge. It was, as per the Shopify's monthly billing cycle that the app subscription charge was already initiated. Having said that Shopify has already resolved this issue for you. I have installed this app a few days back and it is taking time for the step up to be done. I have written to support, but no reply so far ! I am concerned as this is a paid app after the trial period is over and I need quick reverts.
Thanks for choosing us and installing our Multi Country Pricing app. We have observed that you have installed the app on Friday and due to weekends there is delay in the response. The app is theme dependent and requires 3 to 4 working days to complete the setup. Have been using this app for a long time and it worked quite well but their customer service is awful. This morning I added a new variant to my product and they deleted my old products so all my inventory, pricing, and data are gone. I have been online for a very long time waiting for feedback, but none is given. All they said was, they did not delete it but they did add in pricing for my new variant so they were the only one who had access to my store. I would think twice before downloading this app or make sure someone responsible is looking after your store in terms of pricing and products. We are very screwed now because our products are sold in many countries and have stock hold in many countries too.
