Great application and customer service. Very useful and save you from having to create a duplicate store on Shopify if you are managing multiple currencies for multiple regions.

This is the only app that enable us to set up the prices by each currency in product wise. Mr.Vijay support us to fix issues while we are setting up the application. Application itself also is easy to use. In their admin page, we can easily set up target market and price in their currency. It is highly recommended if you set up price in different currency in product wise.

Great support team. They helped us set up their apps on our new website with no issues at all. This app allows us to set our own International prices which is really helpful. Fantastic app/support all round.

Our customer success executive have sent email on 2nd Nov at [email protected] to get the collaborator access code but did not receive any reply. We need it to send the request for access. Unfortunately, the prices seem different on instagram shopping tags. Normally we shouldn't see the prided for foreign countries from our country, but unfortunately they seem everywhere. so ı cannot use instagram shopping on my account.
Hi Nursal, The app works for Online store only. It does not work for any other sales channel like Instagram as the app code doesn't load on social media sales channels. I think you may have missed this information as it was already shared with you by our customer success executive before and even after the app setup on your store 2 months back on this [email protected] email id. Also, it is there in the app admin when you installed the app. The app will not show correct pricing on Instagram the ultimate solution to this is by duplicating the product and manually managing them for Instagram. Bad service, slow responds, not refunding to me when it had been requested to remove and continue charging me. Requesting to stop using the apps just before Shopify billing dates, mentioned to remove within 24 hours but never removed and codes are only remove after 3 days which is after Shopify billing dates but continue to charge even codes is removed. Why are you still charging when we have sent a request to remove the Aps? If you are going to charge us and doesn't allowed pro-rate basis, why are you removing just after charging us with the Apps fees?
Hi Carmen, As per your communication with the Shopify Support agent as well, we are not responsible for deleting the app from your Shopify admin, it has to be done at your end. On your request the app codes were successfully removed by our developers on your store and they had also informed to remove the app to stop the next monthly subscription charge. It was, as per the Shopify's monthly billing cycle that the app subscription charge was already initiated. Having said that Shopify has already resolved this issue for you. I have installed this app a few days back and it is taking time for the step up to be done. I have written to support, but no reply so far ! I am concerned as this is a paid app after the trial period is over and I need quick reverts.

The app is theme dependent and requires 3 to 4 working days to complete the setup. Have been using this app for a long time and it worked quite well but their customer service is awful. This morning I added a new variant to my product and they deleted my old products so all my inventory, pricing, and data are gone. I have been online for a very long time waiting for feedback, but none is given. All they said was, they did not delete it but they did add in pricing for my new variant so they were the only one who had access to my store. I would think twice before downloading this app or make sure someone responsible is looking after your store in terms of pricing and products. We are very screwed now because our products are sold in many countries and have stock hold in many countries too.

It really does offer the option of being able to set prices in preferred currencies for different target countries, which is a great solution if you wish to sell worldwide without having to turn off customers with shipping charges. However that said, one must take into consideration the default currency your store is set to and how it affects your shipping pricing strategy, relative to the market and the currency you wish to price in. Otherwise, a wonderful solution!
