The support team help me with other app which is developed by them. After they fixed my issues, I told the support that I need an accurate price to single market on my website. This app came as a saviour for a small business like us, that wanted to scale up. I booked a demo and Vijay from their support team was assigned to us. He was really helpful. He guided us through the entire process and cleared every single doubt.

App works very well but can be troublesome when updating themes. Additionally, it requires a bit of manual work. Nonetheless, it has a simple UI and acts extremely well for what it's designed to do.
