MLV Multi Country Pricing

This app solved us the problem of having separate Shopify accounts for different region, now we have one. Very good and quick customer care.

Generally i'm skeptical in nature, but MLVEDA are a really good to work with. Their support team helped with installations, invited us to video calls, uninstallations, prompt in reply and not to mention their witty customer service team. Given the need to use them again we certainly would! The only strong limitation i noticed is rounding can't be changed on a per currency basis; its based on the primary currency. Otherwise thanks for everything!

This is the more stupid app i have ever found ...i cannot understand why you have such good reviews...so i pay for an app to make my work easier ...with MLVeda my work dobles if i add one country ....and like that ....also my stock dobles ...why in the hell would my doble if i change the price in another country ...it doesnt mean the i have doble the stocks....im not a app creator but i have a pretty good idea of how this should work ....add country > add % > click yes ....all prices automatically change for that country ...easy ... let the app do the work ....Now i have been paying 4 ppl to update all my thousands of products for days to come and see that it doesnt work at all as i expected ...My work on my products have doubled ...the stocks have doubled ....this is a waste of my time

Fantastic for customizing prices for different regions. I integrate shipping into the prices that international shoppers see, so they don't have the additional shipping cost at checkout. Great customer service as well.

The hotline is always available to help you solve a problem or to help you set up your options. Nothing to say, it's great.

Unfortunately, the prices seem different on instagram shopping tags. Normally we shouldn't see the prided for foreign countries from our country, but unfortunately they seem everywhere. so ı cannot use instagram shopping on my account.

Bad service, slow responds, not refunding to me when it had been requested to remove and continue charging me. Requesting to stop using the apps just before Shopify billing dates, mentioned to remove within 24 hours but never removed and codes are only remove after 3 days which is after Shopify billing dates but continue to charge even codes is removed. Why are you still charging when we have sent a request to remove the Aps? If you are going to charge us and doesn't allowed pro-rate basis, why are you removing just after charging us with the Apps fees?

The customer service staff of this app are great, almost all of them respond within seconds. And the problem is solved very quickly.

I have installed this app a few days back and it is taking time for the step up to be done. I have written to support, but no reply so far ! I am concerned as this is a paid app after the trial period is over and I need quick reverts.

This has been great allowing us to sell to multiple countries and the customer can buy in their own currency. Customer service has also been outstanding - so helpful and so fast! Thank you.

It really does offer the option of being able to set prices in preferred currencies for different target countries, which is a great solution if you wish to sell worldwide without having to turn off customers with shipping charges. However that said, one must take into consideration the default currency your store is set to and how it affects your shipping pricing strategy, relative to the market and the currency you wish to price in. Otherwise, a wonderful solution!
