Excellent and extremely fast assistance, very useful app for managing discounts. Recommended

Finally found the app I needed to bring together all my discounts and store credits together harmoniously! This app does integrate with my Shopacado volume discounts and Shopify discount codes and Credityard app (made by these guys as well and another totally awesome app). I am so thankful to have them all working together finally it was a nightmare trying to make this happen til I found this app!

I needed to have a label moved on the item and I contacted support. Within minutes of sending a message and requesting a customization, support got it taken care of for me. Would highly recommend this app and this developer to anyone. They are prompt and really know what they are doing.

We've been using this app since almost a year now, and it works perfectly. Does what it is supposed to do, with no glitches. Also the support is very co-operative and prompt, they always respond positively and help us make whatever customizations we need. Recommended!

Works well. Needed a reliable app to stack discount codes for a complex promotion, in order to make things simpler for the customers, and this app got the job done.

Works great! Combined multiple discounts and applied them to different tier sales and made them automatic, so we created "buy this much get 10% off, buy a bit more and receive 15% off, etc. Very happy with the results!

Great app. So easy to use, so easy to configure. Amazing for sales, especially to allow multiple discount code use, is amazing. We had some conflicts with other apps that we are using on our store. These issues were on the checkout page and the cart page. I contacted the supported via the online chat, which also notified the company support vis email. The team fixed the customising issues and compatibility issues with the theme with 20 mins perfectly. Extremely happy with the app, especially with the very helpful customer services. I am in love with this app! We were losing tons of money because Shopify now doesn't give back merchant fees when you do a manual refund. So it is worth it to pay for this app so the customers can get all of their discounts in their original order. I do wish it were a tad less expensive for the app. Reem worked with me until all of my issues were ironed out. He even found a mistake that I made in my original discount code! Thanks so much!

Awesome app and even awesome-er (my word) customer service! I previously used Stackable which is a very good app, but is was not compatible with many of the apps we were using (Upsells, pre-orders, and a few others). We also had issues with coupons applying at Shop Pay checkout, or customers being unable to checkout altogether!! However, this app works great with ALL our apps, and the customer support made customizations to our store immediately upon installation. That was extremely reassuring because no store wants customers claiming multiple discounts while in setup mode. I am so grateful I found it and highly recommend!

I absolutely love this app so far, and the customer support I received from Reem! -- I think this app is really easy to use, and requires only a few minutes to set up. It worked with my theme perfectly without contacting support, HOWEVER, I wanted some modifications to get the 'Discounts' text box to appear in a custom location on my theme, so I reached out for support to see if it was even possible. For reference, I reached out to customer support around Noon in the USA. I mention this because a lot of the times I will reach out to customer support for other Apps in the middle of the night to get help during the developer's [oversea] business hours. Either way the timings work for me, but I know this is a deal breaker for some people who only work during their own business hours. -- I used the Chat feature to get in touch and got a response within a few minutes, and overall it took about 30 minutes to get everything placed exactly where and how I wanted it. I personally thought this was super quick service since I was asking for extra customization to my theme. I also loved that I didn't have to give special permissions in my user settings or have to go through extra little loop holes to get customer support as I have with other apps in the past. -- PROS: This app does exactly what it says, is easy to set up, and great customer service that is speedy. You can apply how many codes you want to work together, which codes shouldn't work together, and most importantly for me, it allows for codes that are auto-generated by other apps without having to type them all in. This is handy for loyalty reward coupon codes that customers may get. -- CONS: I think the trial period should be more than 3 days, to ensure there are no hiccups, allow for shop owner's customers to give some feedback on their experience using the features, or to allow for more customer support time during trial stages. I would prefer 2 weeks of a trial period. -- Thank you Reem for the excellent customer support, and I am excited for my customers to finally get to use multiple discount codes.

Awesome app with awesome support. I wrote the support via live chat, got replys instantly. The support team just customized the app perfectly for my theme how i wanted it (in less than 5 minutes). I can only recommend this app to everybody!

We were looking for an app that could give us the chance to offer free gifts to our clients, discounts combinations and stacked discounts, all from a coupon field directly in the cart, mainly because Shopify only give us the possibility of 1 single coupon code that can be applied just until the client has reached the checkout (which is not good at all). This is one of the reasons a lot of potential customers drop their purchase and stay just as "Cart Abandonment". Since I installed the app for a trial, the customer support from Mostafa has been amazing and has solved absolutely all of my questions and also helped me customize the app for some uses I needed to be shown into my website. I can say thank you for developing such and amazing app. But not just that, also they are constantly receiving suggestions from us (the merchants), to include into their next updates, and that way, keeping the app growing more and more, and giving new and better features. This is a priceless and a must have... THANK YOU.
