Coupon X: Discount Code Pop Up

Very good app with exceptional customer support. I am new to Shopify and couldn't get the app to work the way I wanted to, but it was an easy fix with the help of support.

Customer Support has been amazing, helpful, and extremely responsive! I had issues getting the discount to appear on my site and we fixed the problem in 30 minutes. She also wrote custom CSS to better tailor the look of the app to our needs. Highly recommend!

Stop searching, this is an excellent app! I searched and searched for an app that did exactly this. It displays a discount pop up for my individual products. The way that the pop up displays is beautiful in the original format so I didn't have to spend a bunch of time customizing it. Also, the support was very responsive to any issues. Thank you for a such an amazing app!

If I could give more stars, I would. Great App. Great support. Got instant results since the first day the app was installed. Easy to configure. User friendly. Especially not intrusive to your clients who are not ready to make a purchase, but the coupon is right sitting in the corner when they are ready. Just 1 click, then the order is placed. Very seamless to a natural purchase process. I used various apps to catch emails and generate sales, this one is by far the best of all.

I've had some trouble with settings, making the app work properly, I reached out to support team, Karina is fantastic, she went out of her way to explain, help and suggest the solutions, then their IT team took over and it was all fixed in no time. Customer service like this deserves five stars and more. It is in fact priceless when you need help and you actually receive it in minutes!

This discount code was easy to install, looks great on the website and has good functionality. As our customers feel rewarded they are more likely to feel connected and hopefully loyal to our business. It is versatile in that we can easily create individual as well as group discounts. I think this app has lots of potential & I already love it. I think getting a discount code sent to emails is a must because if they dont copy the code there and then they dont get access to it to use it which is making me not put it on our website yet but once that feature is there then i will definitely be using it. This app is very easy to use and if you have any issues it was very easy to ask for help and they were quick to answer and help out. Very friendly staff! Pizazz
