Coupon X: Discount Code Pop Up

We use Klayvio for email marketing but needed a simple coupon generator email capture. CouponX is perfect for this type of set-up. Their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!

Easy to use and great customer service if you have an issue they answer immediately. They guided me step by step on how to add the pop up to my Home Screen.

Useful app - especially for a beginner like myself. Excellent service with very quick response to any questions ive had along the way.

Easy to setup and the pricing seems extremely fair (also free plan available which is great). I highly recommend this app.

This was my first experience with a discount Pop Up app and found it very easy to use. The free version offers enough options to start. Only suggestion I might give is to include the option that would allow us to send the offers by e-mail. Other than that, it's great!

Great app, easy to set up and very useful, Such a pity that it doesn't have the feature to send an email with promo code, however even without this is highly recommended.

Very good app with exceptional customer support. I am new to Shopify and couldn't get the app to work the way I wanted to, but it was an easy fix with the help of support.

Customer Support has been amazing, helpful, and extremely responsive! I had issues getting the discount to appear on my site and we fixed the problem in 30 minutes. She also wrote custom CSS to better tailor the look of the app to our needs. Highly recommend!

I found this app very good. Very easy to set up and navigate. The customer service was great too - very helpful and quick to reply

Great application, What makes this application so great is the ease of use, this discount pop up works with ease and intregrates as it should, even with the free version

I really like this app , once you get the hang of it, its very simple to use! And if there's something you are stuck on- customer service is quick and awesome too!

Great! I reached out to the support team and appreciate that their services. Shalom is fantastic, she helps me to fix my issue in a short time.

Stop searching, this is an excellent app! I searched and searched for an app that did exactly this. It displays a discount pop up for my individual products. The way that the pop up displays is beautiful in the original format so I didn't have to spend a bunch of time customizing it. Also, the support was very responsive to any issues. Thank you for a such an amazing app!

If I could give more stars, I would. Great App. Great support. Got instant results since the first day the app was installed. Easy to configure. User friendly. Especially not intrusive to your clients who are not ready to make a purchase, but the coupon is right sitting in the corner when they are ready. Just 1 click, then the order is placed. Very seamless to a natural purchase process. I used various apps to catch emails and generate sales, this one is by far the best of all.

I've had some trouble with settings, making the app work properly, I reached out to support team, Karina is fantastic, she went out of her way to explain, help and suggest the solutions, then their IT team took over and it was all fixed in no time. Customer service like this deserves five stars and more. It is in fact priceless when you need help and you actually receive it in minutes!

helpful fast support. great app. thanks to the staff who helped me through issues and getting the app how i wanted it
