This was my first experience with a discount Pop Up app and found it very easy to use. The free version offers enough options to start. Only suggestion I might give is to include the option that would allow us to send the offers by e-mail. Other than that, it's great!

Great app, easy to set up and very useful, Such a pity that it doesn't have the feature to send an email with promo code, however even without this is highly recommended.

Very good app with exceptional customer support. I am new to Shopify and couldn't get the app to work the way I wanted to, but it was an easy fix with the help of support.

Customer Support has been amazing, helpful, and extremely responsive! I had issues getting the discount to appear on my site and we fixed the problem in 30 minutes. She also wrote custom CSS to better tailor the look of the app to our needs. Highly recommend!

Very easy simple set up. Just install and customize! I highly recommend. The customer service is on point. Very concise and attentive. I needed help and they contacted me right away and were on top of everything. Thanks Karina and Shalom for the help!

Let me tell you guys something about this app. If you don't want your shopify store to get bugged with discount codes then DONT USE IT. Even after deleting the app its still popping up with discount codes and everytime I try to get it removed it pops up with another 50 discount codes. On top of that their customer support sucks the lady I talked to called "Karina" wasn't much help at all. I guess I can still run my shopify store with this glitch. But it isn't the most ideal thing.
Hi there, We've tried to contact you a few times but didn't hear back from you. You've used the "Generate Unique Coupons" option, therefore each visitor to your store got a unique coupon and that's why you saw a lot of new coupons (all the coupons have the same prefix, therefore you can easily delete them if you want). If you want to display an existing coupon for all of your users, you should select the "Existing Coupon" option, and in that case, the app won't generate any coupon codes for your visitors. Feel free to talk with us at [email protected] - we'd love to help you change your app settings. I promise you that you'll be happy with the app like the other Coupon X users :)

Fantastic app for our discount code needs. Support was incredible and responded within an hour to our pre-purchase inquiries and even threw out a simple check in to ensure that all was going well for us after we purchased. Highly recommended!

Stop searching, this is an excellent app! I searched and searched for an app that did exactly this. It displays a discount pop up for my individual products. The way that the pop up displays is beautiful in the original format so I didn't have to spend a bunch of time customizing it. Also, the support was very responsive to any issues. Thank you for a such an amazing app!

If I could give more stars, I would. Great App. Great support. Got instant results since the first day the app was installed. Easy to configure. User friendly. Especially not intrusive to your clients who are not ready to make a purchase, but the coupon is right sitting in the corner when they are ready. Just 1 click, then the order is placed. Very seamless to a natural purchase process. I used various apps to catch emails and generate sales, this one is by far the best of all.

I've had some trouble with settings, making the app work properly, I reached out to support team, Karina is fantastic, she went out of her way to explain, help and suggest the solutions, then their IT team took over and it was all fixed in no time. Customer service like this deserves five stars and more. It is in fact priceless when you need help and you actually receive it in minutes!
