Since the day CDS implemented Courier Gateway into our Supply Chain process, we have seen significant increases in efficiency and productivity within our shipping department. We have also seen a decrease in our shipping costs because of the rate shopping ability in Courier Gateway. We added our negotiated rates to the already very competitive Courier Gateway rates and were able to leverage the best of both worlds. The application is very user friendly and flexible. The ability to schedule a on-demand pickup from within the application is a great feature that reduces labour costs and ensures the accuracy of our shipments. We also integrated Courier Gateway with our eCom/Shopify front end and saw an increase in Customer satisfaction. The app integrates with Shopify in the background and supplies our Customers with accurate and timely options to choose from. The Courier Gateway team was very helpful and professional during the implementation phase. They were always available via phone and email. The implementation was quick, efficient and seamless to our business. I would recommend Courier Gateway to anyone looking to improve their Customer Experience, while reducing costs and increasing productivity.
