I told you that you need to have access just any members would. And that the 2 options for a member to get access is either by getting access manually or by purchasing a product. P.S.S doing a test order on your own store so you know what you’re customers are experiencing is stupid at all and actually super important in my personal opinion.. you should hopefully use a 100% off discount code when you do that. But you do you.." As you can see, the instructions are not clear and the support is unprofessional. Maybe Or Moshe should hire proper customer support people who know how to both articulate their ideas and maintain a professional demeanor. Maybe Or Moshe is better suited not to work with the public.
