The support team is amazing! I usually get a reply in 5-10min., but today on Saturday I even got my reply right after 2min. I highly recommend. The support team DO read the messages, and they DO request only info that was really missing in my email. Short and very effective communication. And not only today! Cheers team, you are amazing! PS: I highly recommend the product - the app. I am using it second year.
