touchGOODS review for Cozy AntiTheft

Shortly after installing the app, a fraudulent website based in Malaysia copied everything from our online store, including product images, descriptions, and a similar URL, to impersonate us. I now have serious concerns about the safety of this app and am eagerly awaiting a response from the developers. I submitted a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice to Shopify's Legal Department, and their response was: "We are unable to take action as the reported content is not hosted by Shopify." This is completely unacceptable, and I'm really hoping the developers of this app can assist.
